Frequently Asked Questions
You asked for it! (literally ;)
Here are some of the main questions that we receive, so I hope this answers some of your questions. If not, just give us a call, Instant Message or email and we'll get right back to you!
When will my order ship? We generally ship out every order the day after it is placed. We will occasionally run out of items, but we have deliveries all week long, so most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days. If you have a specific deadline, then let us know and we will let you know exactly when it is going to ship out. We know that no one wants to wait for candy. ;)
How much is shipping? Our shipping rates are based on weight and zip code. If you click Buy on your item, it will take you to a page where you can put in your zip code and see your shipping options and prices. If the shipping seems a little high, just add one more item or chage the quantity. The shipping only goes up a little bit!
Will I get a tracking number? Yes! When all of the orders for the day are closed out, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number. It will generally go out around 5pm. If you need to make sure we have everything in stock, you can give us a call after noon and we'll check on it for you.
When will I get my order? Well, that depends where you are located. ;) The map below shows the shipping times for Ground shipping from Nashville, TN, where we are located. For example: if you order on Monday night and you are located in Pennsylvania, it is 2 shipping days to you. We will pull and ship the order on Tuesday, and then you will receive it on Thursday!
Where can I buy these locally? Unfortunately, the reason many people shop for candy online is because they can't find them locally. We are only located in Nashville, TN and we are an online store. When we hear that manufacturers are discontinuing or limiting some products, we make sure to load up on them so people can still get their candy fix, even if the local stores don't carry them. So if you hear that something is going away, let us know!
What does Backordered mean? If we find that there is an item that is either Discontinued or very hard to find...and we find someone that has it, we will list it on the site. We will also try to give an ETA, or general idea of when it is going to be back in stock. If you place an order that includes a Backordered item, we will hold your entire order until the Backordered item arrives.
Do you sell Wholesale or Retail? Yes! We actually sell to everyone and we only have a $10 minimum. Instead of offering special prices for wholesale, we've decided to keep all of our prices as low as possible to be fair to everyone. We do have 2 discount levels though. We offer Free shipping on orders over $200 and we also have a 5% discount on orders over $500. The site will automatically give you the discount when your order is over $500 so you won't miss out!
Why are you so darn nice and friendly?! Come on now, we sell candy?! Can you really have a bad day at work when you're selling candy? ;)
DISCOUNTS AND SAVINGS: ItsAllDirect2u.com is always finding new ways to save you money! Our shipping is set up so that it automatically combines the shipping cost. We also offer free Ground shipping on orders over $200 to the US. (lower 48 States only) You will automatically save an additional 5% total on orders over $500.
PAYMENT POLICY: ItsAllDirect2u.com
requires a minimum order of $10. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All orders are verified during the payment stage of your order, so any problems found should be indicated during your order.
WARM WEATHER AND PERISHABLES: If you need your chocolate fix and the weather is hot, please be aware that we will do our best to keep the chocolate and the candy from melting, but it isn't guaranteed. Unfortunately it can get pretty hot in the closed delivery trucks. We use cardboard boxes and may put ice packs in them. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your product's safety. Please select a shipping method that would get your order to you within a couple of days. Also, we do not let orders with chocolate ship over weekends. If we have to, we will wait until the following Monday to ship your order.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY: If for some reason your merchandise was misshipped, we will gladly refund or reship the product. However if for some reason you no longer need or want the product, we will refund the cost of all merchandise returns that are received in unopened and undamaged condition, subject to a 15% restocking fee. In this case, we will not refund the cost of shipping. If your merchandise is delivered to your address and you do not receive it, we cannot be held responsible. The first step is to call either UPS or USPS and they can generally find your package. If you are nervous about your package being left on your door step, we ask that you request Signature Confirmation prior to our shipping the order. Sorry, no returns are accepted without prior approval. Sorry we will not accept returns more than two weeks after delivery was made.
TAX: A 9.25% tax is required by the State of Tennessee on all orders that are shipped to addresses located in Tennessee. All other orders shipped elsewhere in the country have no taxes withheld by us. Please consult your tax specialist to determine if there are other taxes that need concern you or your business.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT: ItsAllDirect2u.com offers free shipping on all orders over $200. Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days of our receipt of the order, Monday through Friday, via UPS Ground (not valid to Post Office Boxes). We do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible, but orders sent by ground shipping can take up to a week to arrive. We will give you a call or email if it will take longer. Our main warehouse is located in Nashville, TN and sends shipments Monday through Friday except during major United States holidays. We do not ship outside of the United States.
PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping only applies to the Continental US. This does not include ALASKA, HAWAII or APO ADDRESSES due to the high shipping cost. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO, don't let the shipping prices stop you from ordering. We will try to ship your package at the lowest cost, and if we can get your order into a Flat Rate Box, then we will give you the refund to your order! Please email us to let us and we will see if we can make your shipping costs lower. Thanks again!
SHIPPING RATES are based on weight and zip code and we also combine shipping. (Quick tip!: your shipping will only go up a little bit if you get 2 items instead of just one!) Therefore, shipping rates and delivery time will vary based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination (zip code). Please refer to the UPS Ground shipping chart below for times in transit or visit www.ups.com.

Ground Service: 1 to 3 business days within the contiguous U.S.(lower 48 States); Please contact us for Alaska and Hawaii shipments, as we will generally use the Flat Rate Boxes to give you the cheapest price in shipping! (that means that if you place your order on a Monday, we will pack and ship it on Tuesday, and if you are 2 shipping days from us it should arrive on Thursday!)
* UPS delivers to both business and residential addresses from Monday through Friday. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering over the weekend.
2Day: By 4:30 p.m. in 2 shipping days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 4 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

Spam Policy: ItsAllDirect2U.com will never sell our email lists or use them for spamming. When you give us your email address, it will only be used to notify you for ordering purposes.
